All any of us need to do is control our selves. Every 3,500 calories you intake you gain 1 pound of weight unless those calories are burned. Here is the hard part, you have to burn them off. Have you ever noticed that the FDA recommends a 2,000 calorie diet? Because your body typically used about 1800-2500 a day at rest, so If you were able to eat less than 2000 calories a day, your body would have a deficit and it would consume the fat stores until your fat stores were gone.
